Are you able to pick the puppy up or have it transported at 8 weeks old? A $10 a day boarding fee is charged to hold a puppy for a later pickup date.

Puppy Adoption Agreement
Please read this completely before applying for adoption of a puppy. Later when you place a deposit you are agreeing to the terms and conditions within this contract.
We require a $500 dollar deposit in order to hold the puppy of your choice. This deposit is
non-refundable
, unless there is a problem with the health of your puppy. In that case, the buyer will have their choice of a full refund or of transferring that deposit toward another puppy.
The balance of the purchase price of the puppy is due in full at the time of pick-up, or 1 week before flight if puppy is shipped. Contact us for details on final payment on puppies being shipped.
Puppies are ready to go to their new homes by 8 weeks old. There will be a charge of $10 per day to keep a puppy after that time, unless otherwise agreed upon.
UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES
is this puppy to be surrendered to an animal shelter, rescue group, or similar facility. If at any point in this puppies life you are unable to provide it with a home, we will take it back no questions asked, or help you with placement.
Puppies are sold as
PETS ONLY
(no breeding). Breeding rights are available for an additional fee to approved families.
Health Guarantee
We will make every attempt to ensure that your puppy is healthy at the time of pick up. It will be current on deworming and vaccinations, and have been examined by our veterinarian before leaving us. All health records will be provided to the buyer at the time of pick up/shipment.
Puppy must be examined by a licensed veterinarian of your choice within 72 hours of pick-up, or this guarantee is void. If the vet finds the puppy unfit for sale, the puppy may be returned for a full refund within the 72 hours provided you have a written statement from your vet outlining the reason(s) for return. Shipping costs will not be refunded, and return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer, if applicable. The money will not be refunded for any other reason.
Your puppy is guaranteed for 1 year against any life-threatening genetic or hereditary defects. If within that time one is discovered, a replacement puppy of the same breed will be given at no cost when one is available. A written statement from your vet must be provided outlining the issue(s), and agreeing that it is life-threatening to the puppy. Shipping costs for replacement puppy is the responsibility of the buyer.
Minor issues are not covered in this guarantee, such as but not limited to, hernias, over or under bites, undescended testicles, internal or external parasites, allergies, communicable diseases (such as parvo and distemper) and hip dysplasia.
We will not be held responsible for any veterinarian fees for this puppy once it leaves, regardless if it is returned and/or replaced.
